Claire was introduced to football when her brother asked her to play in goal and once she'd had a taste for the game there was no turning back.

Her first team was Kent Magpies, who she joined aged only 10, before moving on to Millwall to play for their Under 12s.

It wasn't until 2007 that Claire joined Chelsea, where her speed and accurate left-foot became a vital part of the starting line-up.
