Drew began playing football with her brother, who has since represented Crystal Palace, Wycombe Wanderers and is now at Rushden & Diamonds.

She rose through the ranks at Fulham before joining the Chelsea youth system in 2008, Drew has since become a regular in the first team.

With great strength, combined with accurate passing abilities, good feet and a presence in the air, Drew is a very capable player who can slip into any midfield position.

Nothing really, I just enjoyed being a kid so never really though about it!

Just kicking ball with my dad and brother in the park, I started because of them.

When I was told I could!

Game awareness and passing ability.

Never take anything too seriously, try to give every situation a funny ending.

What are your hobbies outside of football?
I don't really have any, football is my life!

What's your most memorable moment playing for Chelsea Ladies?
Winning the league and two cups with the Chelsea Academy.
