Supporters heading to Sunday's Barclays Premier League game against Liverpool may find the following information useful.

There is no service on the Northern Line between Edgware and Hampstead. If travelling to/from central London, please use the Jubilee Line at Finchley Road, Kingsbury, Queensbury and Canons Park.

On the Bakerloo Line, meanwhile, services are suspended between Stonebridge Park and Harrow & Wealdstone, although a rail replacement bus service will be in operation.

There will be no service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge on the Piccadilly Line, while on the Overground, services are suspended between New Cross Gate and West Croydon as well as between Sydenham and Crystal Palace.

A good service is predicted on all other London Underground lines, although you are advised to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

For those supporters using National Rail, please be aware that on First Capital Connect, trains will be diverted and not call at London Bridge, while on Southeastern there will be no service between Lewisham and Hayes.

On Southern, there is no service between London Bridge and West Croydon, with a bus replacement service in operation.

There are no major roadworks planned in and around the area of the stadium, but once again check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

For those supporters travelling by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows fans with room in their vehicle the opportunity to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
