Supporters heading to Saturday's game against Wigan Athletic at Stamford Bridge may find the following information useful.

Please be aware that there are major disruptions on the London Underground.

There is no service between West Kensington and Ealing Broadway/Richmond on the District Line. A rail replacement bus service will be in operation.

On the Circle Line, meanwhile, services are suspended between Moorgate and Hammersmith via King's Cross St Pancras.

On the Hammersmith & City Line, there is no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking, while services are suspended on the Metropolitan Line between Baker Street and Aldgate.

On the Piccadilly Line, there is no service between Hammersmith, Northfields and Uxbridge, although a rail replacement bus service will be in operation.

Services are also suspended between Canning Town and Beckton on the DLR.

There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

For those supporters using National Rail, please be aware that there will be no service between London Victoria and Epsom, or between Richmond and Willesden Junction.

There are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium, although we strongly advise you to check your route through either the AA or RAC.

Those fans travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the match.
