Having recently joined the world of social media, Gary Cahill last week answered questions sent in by fans following a request on our @chelseafc Twitter feed.

He told @YiZheyz that, 'the volley against Spurs last season at White Hart Lane' was his favourite goal scored and added 'it would be nice to get another. I am due a goal again.'

Cahill also revealed he is helping new team-mates settle in to life in London, taking on the role of an English teacher. Responding to @femalegeezer who asked who is next to him in the dressing room, Cahill explained: 'At first, it was Daniel Sturridge. Now, I have Willian sitting by me, so I'm helping him learn the language.'

John Mikel Obi made the headlines by scoring his first Premier League goal for the club recently, which Cahill said, 'was funny! We always joke about it in training, so it was pleasing to see him score, was a good goal too!'

Looking ahead to his targets for this season, the central defender added 'I'd really like to score more goals, play as well as I can, win more trophies with Chelsea and play for England in the World Cup.'
