Supporters heading to tomorrow's game with West Bromwich Albion may find the following information useful.

Those fans using the London Underground should be aware that there is no service on the District Line between Ealing Broadway and Turnham Green. Replacement bus services will be in operation.

On the Piccadilly line, there is no service between Hammersmith, Osterley and Ealing Common, and also between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge, while the Northern line is shut between Morden and Kennington. Again, replacement buses will be in operation.

There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

Supporters travelling to the game by car, please be advised that there are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium. However, please check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
