Those supporters attending Saturday's Barclays Premier League game against West Ham United at Upton Park may find the following information useful.

Due to engineering work taking place on the District Line between Whitechapel and Barking, supporters travelling to and from central London are advised to use Jubilee Line or c2c services to West Ham and then use District Line services to and from Upton Park station.

There will also be no service on the Hammersmith & City Line between Liverpool Street and Barking.

Elsewhere on the London Underground, there is no service on the Northern Line between East Finchley, Golders Green and Morden via both the Bank and Charing Cross branches of the line. Replacement bus services will be in operation.

Meanwhile, the London Overground is shut between Highbury & Islington and New Cross/New Cross Gate on Saturday, as well as between Clapham Junction and Surrey Quays.

There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

Supporters travelling to the game by car, please be advised that there are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium. However, please check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
