MATCHDAY TRAVEL NEWS
Supporters heading to Sunday's game with Stoke City may find the following information useful.
On the London Overground, there is no service between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction, with Southern services also suspended between Clapham Junction and Watford Junction. Rail tickets will be accepted on all reasonable local bus routes.
There is also no service on the London Overground between Willesden Junction and Richmond, though replacement buses will be available.
On National Rail, engineering works are taking place between Twickenham and Virginia Water/Shepperton/New Malden with all lines closed.
Buses will run between Hounslow and Virginia Water/Windsor & Eton Riverside/New Malden and Twickenham/Shepperton.
No trains will run between Whitton/Feltham and Virginia Water, while additional trains will run between London Waterloo and Hounslow.
Journey times may be extended by at least 30 minutes, and if you're using National Rail to Sunday's game we strongly recommend you use the National Rail journey planner before you travel.
Those fans using the London Underground should be aware that there is no service on the District Line between Richmond and Turnham Green. Replacement bus services will be in operation.
On the Northern line there is no service between Tooting Broadway and Morden, while the Waterloo & City line is closed.
The Metropolitan line is shut between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge, while there is no service on the Piccadilly line between South Harrow and Uxbridge, with replacement buses available.
There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.
Supporters travelling to the game by car, please note that Hammersmith Bridge is closed all day on Sunday, which is likely to increase the volume of traffic on surrounding areas, including Putney Bridge.
If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
