Chelsea Ladies player Sofia Jakobsson was part of the Sweden side who recorded their first win in the Women's Euro finals group stage on Saturday night.

It was an impressive performance by the host nation, their 5-0 result over Finland equalling the record victory in the tournament. Jakobsson, playing in a position wide on the left, was involved in plenty of the Swedes' attacks and crossed for a goal by Kosovare Asllani that made it 3-0 before half-time. The fourth came on the hour with the scoring completed shortly before the end.

Sweden are now tied on points at the top of their group with Italy after two games, those two nations meeting in their final group game on Tuesday.

The top two and the three best runners-up in from three groups go into the quarter-finals.
