A message from the mayor of Amsterdam

"Welcome to Amsterdam

I am delighted that we are able to welcome you all as football supporters to the UEFA Europa League final at the Amsterdam ArenA. I hope you will find time to enjoy our city outside of the stadium.

For example, take a walk through the historic centre with its 400-year-old canal belt or experience the culture that Amsterdam has to offer. If you prefer something different, take a look at the Ajax Experience. It shows the rich history of our Amsterdam club and through an interactive feature, you can experience how Ajax players are trained. I hope that your visit to the city and the match will leave you with many wonderful memories."

E.E. van der Laan Mayor of Amsterdam
