FILM-MAKING, ANIMATIONS & MORE WITH THE CHELSEA FOUNDATION THIS HALF-TERM

This February half-term sees the launch of the Chelsea Foundation's holiday club for boys and girls at the Chelsea Hub, our learning centre at Stamford Bridge.

Located next to the new museum behind the Matthew Harding stand, the Hub has fantastic facilities for youngsters wishing to have fun while improving their IT skills.

The Chelsea Foundation is offering a two-day movie-making course which includes a trip out to film the sights of London while other days will see children developing animation skills, learning about Chelsea's history as well as working with digital photos and music making.

The course is led by qualified, experienced teachers who will give skilled instruction to suit all levels of ability.

'Children love coming to the Hub at Stamford Bridge,' said Chelsea Foundation teacher Jeff Gayle, who has been working at the Hub for three years. 'They feel excited to be at the football club and their enthusiasm ensures a great atmosphere for learning and making new friends.'

There is a special introductory price of £10 per day (£16 on the tour/museum visit day) so places are sure to be filled quickly. The courses run from 9.30am until 3.30pm every day and are open to boys and girls aged nine to 12. Children can also attend all week or just for selected days.
