'I was elated to win, I didn't expect to win so I'm very surprised and very happy,' said Mark.
'I'm going to give the picture to my three-year-old son Oliver. Hopefully this is something he'll still have when he's 18 and 21,' he added.
Mark signed up to the Chelsea Foundation Lottery after learning the unique way in which the club uses all the proceeds to help fund our community projects.
'It's fantastic the way the Lottery use the money to help the local community,' added Mark, 'It's an absolutely brilliant idea and it's why I joined up.'
Another lucky Lottery member fulfilled a dream this weekend when Aroha Tam (pictured, right) walked out onto the hallowed turf in front of 42,000 fans.
Tam won the first quarterly cash prize of £1905 and was presented with a cheque for the amount, which commemorates the club's inauguration, on the pitch ahead of kick-off this weekend. Head of communications and community affairs Emma Wilkinson presented the cheque.
'I felt like a kid on Christmas morning,' said Aroha. 'Walking down the players' tunnel and on to the pitch during matchday is a Chelsea supporter's fantasy.
'I feel really lucky and I'd like to thank everyone involved with the Chelsea Foundation Lottery for giving me such an awesome experience.'
There are more exclusive Chelsea prizes up for grabs in the Lottery, including signed memorabilia, soccer school places, gifts from adidas and much more.
There is still time for non-Lottery-members to sign up for Friday's draw, just click Chelsea Foundation Lottery for more information.
The Lottery helps raise vital funds for the Chelsea Foundation, which uses the power of football to provide programmes and induce positive changes in peoples' lives and their communities, address inequalities in society and boost health and fitness. As a result, the Lottery allows both the club and fans to give something back to our surrounding communities.
