The Chelsea team's exclusive poppy-embroidered match shirts from this Sunday's game against Liverpool are now up for grabs on eBay.

The shirts, which include a poppy in the centre of the chest, were worn during our home game against Liverpool and are now being auctioned to help raise further funds for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal.

The poppy is the official symbol of the Royal British Legion and originates from the poppy fields of Flanders, the scene of some of the most tragic battles in World War One.
Each shirt will be signed by the respective player, including John Terry, who scored his 50th Chelsea goal in his on Sunday.

All money raised will go towards the Poppy Appeal, which helps raise funds for men and women from the armed forces and their families, offering financial, social and emotional support through the Royal British Legion charity.
