Oriol Romeu came off with a knee injury in the away game against Sunderland on 8 December. He underwent anterior cruciate reconstruction surgery and medial meniscus repair and is his return to availability was announced ahead of the home game against Spurs on 8 May.

Eden Hazard came off during the away game against Aston Villa on 11 May with a hamstring injury and he is unavailable for the home game against Everton on 19 May. 

John Terry came off during the away game against Aston Villa on 11 May with an ankle ligament injury and he is unavailable for the home game against Everton on 19 May.

Ryan Bertrand missed the away game against Aston Villa on 11 May due to a minor knee injury. He remains unavailable for the home game against Everton on 19 May.
