Lampard's fiancée Christine Bleakley also features in the clip, as Ben, Jake and their father Pete bump into the television presenter at Stamford Bridge. The sketch is due to air during the BBC's Sport Relief Extravaganza this Friday.

The night will be presented by a host of TV favourites including Gary Lineker, Claudia Winkleman, Davina McCall, Dermot O'Leary, James Corden, Fearne Cotton, John Bishop, Miranda Hart, David Walliams and Patrick Kielty.

Sports Relief starts on BBC One and BBC One HD at 7pm. Exclusive highlights from the big night of TV will be available on iTunes to download after the show has aired. For more information visit www.sportrelief.com.
