COLE TAKING NO RISKS

It has been reported that Ashley Cole's training session with England came to a premature end earlier today as a precautionary measure, with the national team's medical staff continuing to monitor an ongoing issue with the left-back's ankle.

Cole, who played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw against France on Monday, maintained his routine of not training fully two days after a game.

Roy Hodgson will be eager to have such an experienced player available for Friday's Group D clash with Sweden in Kiev.
