The Blues face arguably our most important European match since the Champions League final when we welcome Shakhtar Donetsk to Stamford Bridge tonight in what is a must-win game, and you can follow all of the action as it unfolds with Match Night Live on Chelsea TV.

Former Dutch international Boudewijn Zenden, who represented the club from 2001 until 2004 and featured in the 2002 FA Cup final against Arsenal, will be joining Gigi Salmon and Pat Nevin in the studio as the pre-match atmosphere builds.

The trio will be on hand with all the build-up ahead of kick-off, including exclusive interviews with Roberto Di Matteo and a selection of first team players, as well as all of the breaking team news.

From 7.45pm, you won't miss a kick with our live commentary service, while at 10pm, our presenters will be back in the studio casting an eye over the night's events and giving you the opportunity to share your views via our post-match phone-in.

Drama is seldom in short supply on Champions League nights at the Bridge, so make sure you tune into Match Night Live from 6.30pm on Chelsea TV.
