Supporters heading to tomorrow's game against West Bromwich Albion may find the following information useful.

Services are suspended on the Circle Line.

On the District Line, meanwhile, there will be no service between Kensington Olympia, Earls Court and Edgware Road. Replacement buses, however, will be in operation.

There is also no service between Royal Oak and Baker Street on the Hammersmith & City Line, while on the Northern Line, services are suspended between Edgware, High Barnet, Mill Hill East, Euston (Bank Branch) and Charing Cross. Rail replacement buses will again be in operation

On the Metropolitan Line, there will be no service between Wembley Park, Uxbridge and Northwood.

There is a good service predicted on all other lines, including DLR, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

For those supporters using National Rail, please be aware that on Southern there is no service between London Bridge, Victoria and Streatham, although bus replacements will be in operation.

Supporters heading to the game by car will be pleased to know that there are no planned roadworks along your route, although once again we strongly advise you to check updates prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

For those supporters travelling by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows fans with room in their vehicle the opportunity to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
