Supporters heading to Sunday's game against Manchester City may find the following information useful.

There will be no service on the District Line between Earls Court, Edgware Road and Kensington Olympia, while there will be no service on the Circle Line.

Services are suspended, meanwhile, on the Metropolitan Line, between Wembley Park, Uxbridge and Northwood.

The Waterloo & City Line is not in operation on Sundays, while on the DLR services are suspended between Canning Town and Beckton, as well as between Shadwell and Bank. There will be a bus replacement service in operation.

Those supporters using the Overground, please be aware that there is no service between Shepherd's Bush and Willesden Junction until 12.30pm. Valid rail tickets will be accepted on bus route 220 between Shepherd's Bush Green and Willesden Junction and bus route 228 between Shepherd's Bush Station and Willesden Junction.

There will also be no service between Richmond and Camden Road until 12.30pm or between Highbury & Islington and Shadwell. Services are also suspended between Surrey Quays and New Cross.

There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we strongly advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

Those fans using National Rail services should note that on First Capital Connect there is no service between Blackfriars and Sutton via Mitcham Junction, while on South West Trains, buses will run between Clapham Junction, Twickenham and Kew Bridge due to engineering work taking place in the Barnes area.

On Southeastern, meanwhile, services are suspended between Brixton and Shortlands, Lewisham and Crayford via Sidcup and Blackfriars and Sutton via Mitcham Junction.

On Southern, services are suspended between London Victoria and Purley or between London Victoria and Epsom.

For those supporters heading to the game by car, there are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium, although once again you are advised to check your route through either the AA or RAC websites.

If you are one of those supporters travelling by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows fans with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the match.
