Chelsea fans have until 5pm today to vote in the Children and Young People's Charity Poll, which has pulled in more than 3,500 votes so far.

There are 26 children and young people's charities taking part in the poll. Fans can vote through Twitter or by clicking here.

To vote on the website, simply click on the charity you'd like to see collecting at the ground and submit your vote. If you'd like to have your say through Twitter then please tweet the charity's name followed by the hashtag #CFCCharityPoll.

Chelsea was overwhelmed by the response from charities eager to hold bucket collections at Stamford Bridge. Due to the initiative's success, there will be five separate polls taking place throughout the season. The Children and Young People's Charity Poll is the third poll to take place so far this campaign.

Nearly 10,000 people voted in the previous poll. It was the Cancer Charity Poll which was won by The Thomas Ball Children's Cancer Fund.
