Supporters heading to tomorrow's Barclays Premier League game against West Bromwich Albion at Stamford Bridge may find the following information useful.

On the Circle Line, services will be suspended between Hammersmith and Edgware Road.

On the District Line, there will be no service between East Ham and Upminster, although a rail replacement service will be in operation, while on the Hammersmith & City Line services are suspended between Moorgate and Barking.

On the Jubilee Line there will be no service between Stanmore and West Hampstead, although a rail replacement bus service will be in operation.

Services are also suspended between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate on the Metropolitan Line.

All other lines are predicted to have a good service, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.

Those supporters using National Rail, please be aware that rail replacement buses will be in operation between Balham and East Croydon.

Supporters travelling to the game by car will be pleased to know there are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium. However, once again we advise you to check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

For those supporters travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those fans with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the match.
