MATCHDAY TRAVEL NEWS: UNDERGROUND DISRUPTIONS
Supporters heading to Sunday's game against West Ham United at Stamford Bridge should be aware there are severe disruptions on the London Underground.
On the Circle Line, there is no service between Hammersmith and Edgware Road, while on the District Line services are suspended between Bromley-by-Bow and Upminster, with a rail replacement bus service in operation.
Meanwhile, on the Hammersmith & City Line, there is no service between Moorgate and Barking, although a rail replacement bus service will again be in operation.
On the Jubilee Line services are suspended between Willesden Green and Stanmore, while on the Victoria Line there is no service between Seven Sisters and Walthamstow Central.
There will be no service on the Metropolitan Line between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate, or on the Northern Line between Camden Town, Mill Hill East and High Barnet.
The Waterloo & City Line is closed on Sundays.
There is a good service predicted on all other lines, including DLR, although we strongly advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.
Those supporters using Overground services, please be advised that there will be no service between New Cross Gate, Crystal Palace and West Croydon, or between Highbury & Islington and Shadwell due to engineering works.
Supporters travelling to the game by car will be pleased to know that there are no planned roadworks around the area of the stadium, although once again we advise you to check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC.
If you are heading to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow blue a lift to the match.
