For the ninth year in succession Chelsea Football Club has asked for feedback from our fans regarding their visits to Stamford Bridge.

The annual survey measures the satisfaction levels of supporters who come to Stamford Bridge on a regular basis, and its results were presented to members of the Fans Forum before today's match against Sunderland.

More than 3000 were asked to rank a wide-ranging selection of matchday experiences from 1 to 10. Those who watch games from the hospitality areas gave the experience an increase in overall score compared with 12 months ago.

The questions are the same year after year in order to assess both our strengths and weaknesses. The Overall Satisfaction Index showed that 68.8 per cent of fans in the regular seating areas were satisfied with the matchday experience. Safety and ease of exit at the stadium, the standard of stewarding and the matchday programme scored highly. Priorities for improvement included atmosphere in the stadium and the food and drink available.

In the survey completed by supporters who watch matches from the hospitality areas, the Overall Satisfaction Index rose to 79.0% from last year's 76.5%.

Hospitality customers identified stadium safety, view of the match and the hospitality staff as areas of satisfaction, with the speed of service at half-time and quality of food among the aspects they wish to see improved.

The survey was undertaken for the club by independent research company The Leadership Factor.
