Those fans using the London Underground should be aware there is no service between Tower Hill and West Ham on the District Line, although a replacement bus service will be in operation.
On the Hammersmith & City Line, meanwhile, services are suspended between Liverpool Street and Barking, although once again a rail replacement bus service will be in operation.
There will also be no service between High Barnet, Mill Hill East, Golders Green and Stockwell (via Bank and Charing Cross) on the Northern Line.

On Southeastern, there will be no trains to/from London Bridge. Some trains will be diverted to start/terminate at London Victoria, with rail replacement bus services in operation on some routes.
There is a good service predicted on all other lines, although we advise you to check your route prior to departure through Transport for London.
Supporters travelling to the game by car, please be advised that there are no planned roadworks in and around the area of the stadium. However, please check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.
If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
