Supporters heading to Carrow Road for Sunday's Barclays Premier League match away at Norwich City may find the following information useful.

On National Rail, there are planned engineering works between London Liverpool Street and Norwich.

Rail replacement buses will be in operation between Ipswich and Norwich, but Greater Anglia have laid on a special service from Cambridge for travelling fans, which departs at 10.28am and arrives in Norwich at 11.32am.

The trains from London to tie in with this service leave Liverpool Street at 08.55am and Kings Cross at 9.04am.

Greater Anglia will also be providing a return service to Cambridge, scheduled to depart Norwich at 4pm.

We recommend that you check the National Rail website before travelling.

There are also planned roadworks this weekend which may affect your journey. The A11 will be closed northbound between the junctions with the A14 and the A1065 on Saturday and Sunday.

We suggest that you leave extra time for your journey as delays are expected. Supporters travelling to the game by car should check their route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.

On the London Underground, there is no service between Aldgate, Uxbridge and Northwood on the Metropolitan line.

The Hammersmith and City line is closed between Liverpool Street and Barking, while the District line is closed between Upminster and Plaistow, with replacement buses in operation.

The Jubilee line is closed between Waterloo and Stanmore on Sunday, while there is no service between High Barnet and Archway on the Northern line.

There are also a number of closures on London Overground, including from Richmond to Camden Road and from Highbury & Islington to New Cross/New Cross Gate.

There is a good service anticipated on all other lines, though you are advised to check your route prior to travel on the Transport for London website.

If you are travelling to the match by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.
