Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois trained with Jose Mourinho’s squad for the first time today (Thursday).
The Belgian duo joined up with the group yesterday following their post-World Cup break, and were involved in both of today’s sessions, which took place at the Vitesse Arnhem training complex.
Those players who started last night’s 3-1 win against Vitesse were only involved in the afternoon session, where it was business as usual, even down to the visit of doping control [pictured].
Hazard looked refreshed and full of energy throughout, scoring a particularly good goal during a small-sided game, bending a delightful strike into the far corner of the net.
The Blues bring the curtain down on our European training camp on Sunday when we take on Werder Bremen in Germany.
