Matchday travel news

The latest travel news ahead of Sunday's game against Everton...

Until 11am, there is no service between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction on London Overground

There is no service until 3.30pm between Gospel Oak and Barking, and no service at all between Euston and Watford Junction.

We advise you check the TFL website prior to travelling.

National Rail

Network Rail is carrying out major improvement work at London Waterloo this month. As a result of this, there will be a severely reduced South Western Railway service on many routes.

This will increase passenger numbers on many Thameslink and Southern routes and may change the route we recommend you take for your journey. If possible, you are advised to avoid travelling at peak times and to allow longer for your journey.

Elsewhere on Sunday, engineering work is taking place between London Bridge and New Cross Gate, closing the line. Trains that usually run between London Bridge and Horsham/Tonbridge will be diverted to start from/terminate at London Victoria.

No trains at all are running to or from London Euston. For more details click here

Southern services will not run to or from London Bridge via Sydenham.

If using National Rail services, we recommend you use the National Rail journey planner before you travel.

The roads

If travelling to the game by car, please remember Chelsea's Liftshare Scheme, which allows those supporters with room in their vehicle to give a fellow Blue a lift to the game.

We recommend you check your route prior to departure through either the AA or RAC websites.
