Arsenal home ticket update

The latest ticket selling details for the first leg of our Carabao Cup semi-final against Arsenal, which takes place at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday 10 January, have been announced.

Tickets will be sold as follows:

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post immediately.

Supporters from the UK who purchase tickets after Monday 8 January will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters who live in Europe who purchase tickets after Wednesday 3 January will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters outside of Europe who purchase tickets will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Displaced Season Ticket Holders

As Arsenal have taken 3500 tickets for this fixture, displaced season ticket holders can purchase any of the available seats not taken by a season ticket holder. Approximately 1000 tickets will be available in the Shed End upper that were not allocated to Arsenal. 

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Duplicate tickets will only be given to each individual season ticket holder or member.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 1 (one) loyalty point for this match.

Ticket prices

Tickets are priced at £25 for adults and £12 for juniors (under-20) and seniors (over-65).

Ticket sales information

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:      

Tuesday 2 January from 7am until 10.30am: Members with 33 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.

Tuesday 2 January from 11am until 2.30pm: Members with 28 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.

Tuesday 2 January from 3pm: Members with 23 loyalty points can purchase one ticket.

Wednesday 3 January from 7am until 10.30am: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Tuesday 2 January.

Wednesday 3 January from 11am until 2.30pm: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on Tuesday 2 January.

Wednesday 3 January from 3pm: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 6pm on 6pm on Tuesday 2 January.

Friday 5 January from 7am until 1.30pm: Season ticket holders and members can purchase an extra two tickets (maximum of three in total).

Friday 5 January from 2pm: Tickets will go on general sale (maximum of four tickets per person).

 

Tickets will be sold online from 7am and from 9.15am at the ticket office for personal callers and telephone sales.
