Two return from loans

Kasey Palmer and Ike Ugbo have today been recalled from their respective loans.

Palmer (pictured above), who re-joined Huddersfield Town for the 2017/18 season after impressing for the Terriers in their promotion campaign last season, returns to Stamford Bridge after making five appearances this term.

After featuring prominently in Huddersfield’s impressive start to the season, a hamstring injury curtailed Palmer’s participation and his last action came as a substitute in a 2-0 defeat at Everton in early December.

Striker Ugbo (below), our development squad’s top scorer last season, sampled his first taste of senior football with Championship Barnsley. Over the first half of the campaign, he scored once in 18 appearances.
