 - All information, dates, times and prices are kept as accurate as possible but are subject to change.

 - If buying less than 3 days before a game then tickets will not be posted and MUST be collected from the box office.

 - There are no refunds on uncollected tickets.

 - All card transactions are subject to a £1.50 ADMINISTRATION FEE PER TICKET PER MATCH.

 - Tickets cannot be exchanged once purchased.

If you are convicted of a ticketing offence, or we suspect you have committed a ticketing offence, we will notify the FA Premier League who in turn may notify the UK Football Policing Unit. The information that we share may include your details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases. We will use this to identify and prevent ticketing offence and disorder at matches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FRIENDS & FAMILY
For ALL Season Ticket holders who are purchasing tickets in a reservation period and doing this through the friends and family option, the tickets will be sent out to each individual season ticket holder address selected.

Please make sure that should you be purchasing for more than one member, all the members have logged into their own online accounts to accept the terms and conditions of purchasing online. If all the members you are purchasing for have not logged into their own accounts you will not be able to add them to your friends and family in order to purchase tickets on their behalf

NEW MEMBERSHIPS
Should you purchase a new membership; the membership will not be active for at least 48 hours before you can but tickets. Therefore you will be unable to purchase tickets the same day as either renewing or purchasing a new membership
