The Fans' Forum is a body consisting of elected fans and senior members of the club. It meets four times a season to discuss and debate club matters.

The aims of the Forum are as follows:-
- To establish a dialogue between the club and fans
- To develop a better understanding of issues that affect supporters
- An opportunity for the club to discuss new ideas

The end goals of the Forum are:-
- Ensuring that supporters - whether on the Forum or not - feel valued in their loyalty to the club
- To increase the supporter base
- To provide supporters - as far as reasonably possible - with the facilities and conditions that they expect from Chelsea Football Club
- To help develop a business structure that underpins a successful football team

Structure of the Forum
To reflect the diverse nature of Chelsea's support, representatives will be drawn from a variety of supporters: season ticket holders, club members, private box and executive suite members, family stand season ticket holders, branches, over 60 year old fans, 16-21 year old fans, disabled fans and representatives of supporter clubs.

We fully realise that many fans may overlap between categories, but we feel it is important to aim for a wide range of representation. The above, of course, in no way prevents someone over-60, 16-21, or disabled/blind from standing for, or being selected from, another category for which they qualify instead.

Chelsea appointed the Electoral Reform Services (ERS), an independent balloting organisation, to administer the original selection process.

When do the meetings take place?
There will be four meetings a season. The meetings will take place at the stadium on home match days, usually prior to kick-off.

BECOMING A FANS' FORUM MEMBER

Biennially the Fans' Forum selects a new group of True Blues to take part in the meetings that happen four times a year and help the club develop a better understanding of the issues that affect Chelsea supporters.

The Forum has four main targets, the first of which is to ensure supporters feel valued in their loyalty to Chelsea.

After that, it endeavours to provide supporters with the facilities and conditions they expect from the club while increasing the supporter base and developing a business structure that underpins a successful football team.

If you can offer the kind of input the fans require, and are prepared to sit on the Forum for two years, then you can apply for a seat by downloading and completing the application form when it is placed online towards the end of every other season.

As Chelsea continues its wish to represent the needs of all our fans, supporters on the Fans' Forum are drawn from a number of categories including season ticket holders, club members, over 60-year-old fans, 16-21 year old fans and disabled fans.

Chelsea has also appointed the Electoral Reform Services (ERS), an independent balloting organisation, to administer the selection process.

The four meetings per season usually take place at the stadium on home match days and generally before kick-off.
