Q Where can I spend my gift card?
You can use your gift card at the Chelsea Megastore, the Chelsea megastore online, the Chelsea Club Spa, the Stamford Bridge Box Office, Chelsea FC Museum and Tours, the Millennium and Copthorne Hotels at Stamford Bridge and also at Frankies and Marco restaurants.

There is a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £500

Q If I buy on line how much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £4.50 and express delivery £6.95

Q How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery 3 - 5 days, express delivery next day

Q How many cards can I buy at one time?
A maximum of 5 cards per transaction up to a total value of £1000

Q How long does the balance stay on my card for? 
The balance will stay on your card for 2 years from the moment the card is purchased

Q My card is not working what do I do?
In the first instance you should check the balance of the card, that the card has been properly activated and its transaction history by calling our automated number 0207 107 0035. If the problem persists then call Chelsea Customer Services on 0871 984 1905 who will investigate the problem further for you and get back to you.

Q What if I lose my card or it is stolen?
Unfortunately you will see in our terms and conditions that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards
