SIOBHAN CHAMBERLAIN

Siobhan is a former Blue who returned home in 2007 after signing from Bristol Academy.

The tall, commanding 24-year-old goalkeeper was also in the World Cup squad which traveled to China in 2007.

KYLIE DAVIES

A highly regarded England youth international at U17, U19 and U23 level Kylie was an integral part of England's 2007 Nordic Cup team.

The 22-year-old defender signed from neighbours Fulham in the summer of 2006.

SHELBY HILLS

A highly rated U17s defender who stepped up to the first team role in 2006 and showed great promise.

The 16-year-old is a strong and solid defender who forces even the greatest forwards to work their hardest.

EMMA DELVES

A solid defender who is equally at home in midfield, Emma has been with the Chelsea Ladies for over three seasons.

A fantastic striker of the ball who cemented herself in the right back position last season.

SIAN LARKIN

Sian can play in midfield or defence and has risen up through the England ranks at U17 and U19 level. She was part of the successful U19s European Championship team.

The 19-year-old signed from Arsenal in 2007 and is ready to prove herself for the Blues.

DANNI BUET

Danni has represented England at U17 and U19 level and was a member of the successful U19 European Championship side.

The 19-year-old midfielder signed from Arsenal in 2007 and is another great addition to the team.

CASEY STONEY

Having played for England at every age group Casey's experience has proved invaluable to the side.

The 25-year-old defender, who completed some incredible performances during the World Cup, also signed from Charlton Athletic in 2007.

KYP LOIZOU

Kyp is solid defender with a wealth of experience. Unyielding in the tackle and with a great reading of the game, Kyp always gives 110 per cent.

Originally at Charlton Athletic, Kyp has been part of the Chelsea Ladies team for over four seasons.

SOPHIE PERRY

Sophie combines her excellent pace and ability in the air with a will to succeed that makes her an invaluable member of the back line.

The 19-year-old defender signed for the Blues from Brighton.

CLAIRE RAFFERTY

An England international at both U17 and U19 level Clare is a recent signing from Millwall Lionesses who has made the jump into the Premier League with ease.

A left-sided midfield player with great pace and vision, Clare has fitted in well with the squad and is definitely one for the future.

JESS SMITH

A tall and commanding midfield player, Jess was another recent signing from Charlton Athletic.

Tenacious in the tackle and with fantastic passing skills she brings much needed steel to the squad.

LAURA COOPER

The 23- year-old Chelsea captain has proved to be solid in every department and a great asset to the team.

With a wealth of experience and great vision Laura is always in the right place at the right time.

LIZZIE EDWARDS

Another member of the England U19 European Championship side, Lizzie has a fantastic technical ability.

Having also played for England at U15 and U17 level the 22-year-old midfielder signed from Leyton Orient in 2005.

KATIE OWEN

Another England player at U15, U17 and U19 level, Katie moved up through the ranks of Chelsea's Centre of Excellence.

The 17-year-old midfielder possesses abilities beyond her years, a great driver of the ball and fantastic in the air.

 

 

LORRIE FAIR

A US international since the age of 15, Lorrie helped her country to win the 1999 Women's World Cup. She then played in every minute of the 2000 Olympics when the US took silver.

With 123 international caps, her invaluable experience will play a huge role in the Chelsea midfield. She joined the Blues from the San Francisco Glens, a semi-professional men's side, in January 2008.

DUNIA SUSI

A member of England's U23 Nordic Cup team in the summer of 2007, the 20-year-old forward can also perform in the midfield.

Her lightning pace and great dribbling skills gives her the ability to beat players and cross the ball with devastating affect, a valuable member of the team.

ELLEN WHITE

Chelsea's top scorer last season, Ellen is quick, skilful and clever as well as being a top scorer for England U19s.

After playing for England U15s and U17s, Ellen moved up through the Arsenal's Centre of Excellence before signing for Chelsea in 2005.

ENIOLA ALUKO

Named Young Player of the Year at the Women's FA Awards in 2003, Aluko is now a regular in the England line-up and is still only 20-years-old.

The lightning fast forward, who signed from Charlton Athletic in 2007 has already proved a worthy addition to the team after returning from her national duties in the 2007 World Cup.

SHAUN GORE

Manager of the Chelsea Ladies for the last two seasons and a former professional footballer for Fulham FC himself, Shaun joined Chelsea in October 1992 and has gained his full UEFA A licence in coaching.

He is also the director of our much coveted Football in the Community Programme.

IAN WOODROFFE

Assistant manager who brings a wealth of experience to his role, Ian controls most of the coaching side of the team and has worked extensively in the non-league environment.

Ian currently holds the UEFA B licence and is working towards his A licence.

PETER STEWARD

Assistant manager alongside Ian, Peter also brings plenty of experience to the team. As a holder of the level 2 coaching badge, he assists in the day to day running of the club.

A valuable member of staff, Peter does everything on a match day from warming up the keepers to exchanging team sheets.

TANYA CLARK

Tanya has worked at Fulham FC as well as numerous non-league clubs and is now physiotherapist for the ladies and also part time physio for the boy's academy.

An integral part of the team, much admired for her determination and aftercare, Tanya is fully qualified in physiotherapy, sports massage and first aid.
