LE SAUX LAUNCHES SPORTING GRAND SLAM
Graeme Le Saux was at Stamford Bridge today to launch the Sport 4 All Seasons package, which sees Chelsea team up with three London sporting institutions to offer the ultimate tours experience.
We have teamed up with Lord's, Twickenham and Wimbledon to create a unique opportunity to experience the history and excitement associated with four of the most prestigious sporting arenas in London, and the world.
Highlights of the tours include everything from a glimpse inside the magnificent home dressing room here in SW6 and a chance to walk down the players' tunnel, to the state of the art media centre and legendary Long Room at Lord's.
A visit to Twickenham offers people the opportunity to sit in the seat of their England hero and even take on a scrummaging machine. Wimbledon's world class museum takes people on a 200˚ journey through the science of tennis as well as a visit to No. 1 Court.
Priced at just £40, the 12 month open dated voucher gives people the chance to experience all four stadium tours as well as entry to the stunning museums at each venue - it also provides people with an excellent saving on the regular entry prices.
Former Blue Le Saux, who kicked off the campaign along with students from our Football in the Community scheme, believes the package represents a great opportunity for sporting enthusiasts.
'I think it's a really good initiative, because everybody runs their tours, and for the benefit of London bringing everyone together in all four tours is excellent,' he said.
'It creates a collective attitude rather than everybody doing their own thing so it is good for the people visiting, whether they are fans of Chelsea, or the millions of tourists that visit London every year.
'To give them that opportunity to simplify their experience is brilliant.'
