Salomon Kalou speaks to Chelsea TV in tonight's Blues News at 6.30pm.

The Ivorian striker talks about returning to training, his hopes for the upcoming season and the impending trip to the Far East for Chelsea's pre-season tour.

'I always try to be on top form [after holidays], it is good to relax but it is also good to be fit for when you get back,' said Kalou.

'It is good to come back and try to win and go for new challenges. Everyone is excited and this year we are ready to play well and win.'

Brendan Rogers then looks ahead to the reserves' first pre-season game against Aldershot Town FC on Saturday as he previews the game on Blues News.
