Felipe Scolari has selected his first pre-season team and Nicolas Anelka and Salomon Kalou are the forwards chosen to play.

Deco starts his first game in Chelsea colours, as does José Bosingwa.

On the bench for the first time in a senior game are Branislav Ivanovic and Franco Di Santo, the 19-year-old Argentine striker signed in January. He scored seven goals in eight reserve games last season. 

Joe Cole is unavailable due to a minor injury, as is Andriy Shevchenko.
