After a 0-0 draw in the opening weekend, Kerry Dixon and Paddy Power renew their friendly rivalry.

Both men were close to earning big money from their charity bets last weekend, with Kerry just a goal out on the Chelsea score (He put £25 on a 3-0 win), whereas Paddy was let down on a big four grand slam by Manchester United's draw at home to Newcastle.

Dusted down after that disappointment, both are in confident mood again this week, as we meet Wigan Athletic.

'I'm going on another win for Chelsea this weekend, they tend to be tough games up at the JJB but I'm going for a 2-1 at 7/1. The boys always seem to score two or more up there,' says Paddy.

'After rescuing England the remainder of my stake is going on Joe Cole scoring and Chelsea winning which is 16/5 with Paddy Power.'

£25 on Joe Cole to Score and Chelsea to win at 16/5

Kerry is also backing a Chelsea win.

'Wigan have a poor record against the Blues and that will work in Chelsea's advantage,' says the goal scoring legend.

'Chelsea's defensive unit is likely to be too tight for Wigan to get through, and because of our decent record up at the JJB, I'm putting half of my money on a 1-0 Chelsea and the other half on a 2-0.'
