The following fixture dates have been changed due to live TV coverage.

Chelsea's home game against West Ham United will now take place on Sunday 14 December, rather than Saturday 13 December, with a 4pm kick off. There will be full coverage on Sky Sports.

After that, Chelsea's away fixture at Goodison Park has also changed, and the Blues will now face Everton on Monday 22 December, rather than Saturday 20 December as originally planned, with an 8pm kick off. Full coverage will be live on Setanta Sports.
