Reserve team captain Liam Bridcutt has joined his former coach Brendan Rodgers on loan at Watford until December 30.

The 19-year-old has been a regular for the second string this season, playing in all six of their league matches as well as three prestigious friendlies.

Last season he played nine times on loan at Yeovil Town in League One.
