ONLY MEN ALOUD TO SING AT CHRISTMAS CONCERT
Only Men Aloud, winners of BBC One's Last Choir Standing competition, will sing at Chelsea's Christmas Carol concert this year.
The 18-member band from Cardiff won the competition back in August, when they were voted best choir by the general public after an all-Welsh final.
Started in 2000 by Tim Rhys-Evans, Only Men Aloud consists of teachers, musicians, students, a gardener and a pharmacist and have a repertoire ranging from 15th century to current day music.
Regulars on BBC Radio Four and Songs of Praise and with their debut album released last Monday, Only Men Aloud will be at Stamford Bridge this December for Chelsea's annual Christmas Carol Concert.
The Carol Concert and Christmas Fete take place on Wednesday 17 December, with doors opening from 4pm before the concert kicks off at 6pm.
There will be a selection of Christmas stalls set up in the West Stand, with Chelsea themed activities and children's entertainment prior to the concert beginning. Hot food will be available for purchase and the Megastore will be open until 9pm so fans can do some last-minute Christmas shopping.
The event is free, but, as numbers are limited, fans will need to obtain a ticket prior to the concert. Tickets are available online now.
