Frank Lampard's opener against Hull in our 3-0 win over the Tigers has been named Goal of the Month for October.

The first-half strike, which saw Lampard chip a perfectly placed lob into the top right, was named Goal of the Month by our expert Kerry Dixon.

Lucky e-member Karen Shackle from Crawley chose the same goal as Dixon, and wins £500 worth of Megastore vouchers after being chosen at random from all the other e-members who voted the same as Dixon.

The polls are now open for November's Goal of the Month, with Jose Bosingwa and Nicolas Anelka's strikes against West Brom and Didier Drogba's opener against Burnley all on the shortlist as well as Frank Nouble's unstoppable drive against Manchester United in the FA Youth Cup.

This month's prize is the ultimate relaxation package for two people at Escape, our very own spa at the newly re-opened Chelsea Club, located at Stamford Bridge.

This is a fantastic way to spend time with someone special away from the everyday hustle-and-bustle, offering you everything you need for the perfect day of indulgence and sheer relaxation. Your full day of pampering will also include lunch and use of the extensive facilities at Escape.

To win all you have to do is vote for your favourite goal from the past month and if our celebrity judge agrees with your choice then you could be our lucky winner. You must be an e-member to vote so sign up now for free.
