WOMEN`S WEEKLY
Chelsea Ladies are top of the League thanks to last night's (Wednesday's) 4-0 thumping of Millwall.
The Ladies travelled to face the newly promoted side in a game which Lianne Sanderson opened the scoring.
An Emma Whitter double in the second half was added to by a Dunia Susi strike, giving the Blues a well-deserved win.
The victory means Chelsea now sit top of the Women's Premier League, equal on points with Sunderland and Leeds but ahead on goal difference.
Arsenal are still down in sixth, with 12 points from four games, equal with Everton.
It's now back to the Ladies' League Cup campaign as they host Bristol Academy on Sunday in the quarter-final clash.
Arsenal, Everton and Leeds are all still in the cup competition, they'll face Keynsham Ladies, Doncaster and Blackburn respectively.
It was less than three weeks ago that the Ladies thrashed Bristol Academy 4-0, which bodes well for the weekend's result.
In fact, Bristol have only managed one win out of their eight games so far this season. That was a 2-0 win over Watford.
There are currently no injury worries for the Blues, so a full strength side is expected to line-up on Sunday afternoon for the 2pm kick off.
