The best goal I have seen this week…
I think the best goal I have seen in the last seven days was our goal that took us to the World Cup for Nigeria, the Obafemi Martins overhead kick. Is that what you say in England? Overhead kick? Yes, it was that one.

The best save I have seen this week…
I haven't watched too much football but I watched the Algeria v Egypt play-off game, and the Algerian keeper made a very good save at the feet of the forward. His name is Faouzi Chaquchi.

The best training performance…
It would be the same any week I think, JT, he is always so strong and committed.

The worst training performance…
Alex. He was barely running, he was just so slow.

Funniest moment…
The idea of Salomon Kalou picking a fight with one of his Ivory Coast team-mates. I have spoken to him and it was all a fuss over nothing.

My favourite sound this week…
I bought a new car this week, and I love the sound it makes when it starts up!

Best food this week…
I had some Kenyan food. It was rice with some kind of a special sauce, I am not sure how it was made, with some lamb. Delicious.

Best entertainment...
I haven't seen Billy McCulloch for a week, which has been good, so shall I say our Nigerian celebrations? It was a big relief and the atmosphere in the dressing room was very good afterwards, it is great to have qualified.

The news story that stands out…
I will say Russia not qualifying for the World Cup, that was a big surprise for me and I was tipping them to do well at the tournament.
