MY WEEK AT WORK: JOSE BOSINGWA
Long-term injury victim Jose Bosingwa has made good progress in the last seven days, so decided to share his story with the official Chelsea website.
The best goal I have seen this week…
Ashley Cole, Ashley Cole against Sunderland was a very good goal, of course I have scored much better though!
The best save I have seen this week…
Ah I don't know, let me think, there must have been some good ones. The Hull goalkeeper did some very good saves against Tottenham last weekend, so one of those.
The best training…
None of it! It was good to be back outside running around the pitches, it feels a lot better than when you have to be inside.
The worst training…
On Wednesday I had to be on the bicycle for 30 minutes without stopping, it was too hard, I do not like it!
Funniest moment of the week…
I beat Ashley Cole at pool, he thinks he is good but I am the better one. I am not in the tournament this year, but I did enter the table tennis.
My favourite sound this week…
Kizomba music, it is from Africa. I like to listen to it in the morning, it is very calm and easy to hear to relax in the morning.
Best food this week…
My mother's cooking is the best, it is fantastic, but this week my friend Sandro cooked pasta with seafood and a tomato sauce, he did very good.
Best entertainment...
I have watched a lot of football this week on TV, English games, Portuguese games, Spanish football, I didn't see Aston Villa v Blackburn but I watched Porto, they were against Belenenses and there were 30 penalties in the shootout.
The news story that stands out…
It is the Haiti earthquake and how all the people are trying to help. People give a lot and it is good to see that they care.
And a special mention goes to…
Paulo Ferreira, this week was his 31st birthday, and he is a very good man. Last week I know Frank Lampard said me, but it is because he is jealous, he wants a two-month holiday!
Finally, a word on the injury situation...
The injury is so-so, I want to get back fit to help my friends and team, but I need it to feel good first.
