Anyone heading north for the weekend clash with Blackburn may appreciate the following information.

If you're using National Rail services then you are probably departing from London Euston. Anyone using London Underground services to get to this station should note the District Line will be suspended between West Kensington and Richmond, also between West Kensington and Ealing Broadway.

There will be no service between Waterloo and Stanmore on the Jubilee Line and Hammersmith and Northfields on the Piccadilly Line, also between Hammersmith and Ealing Common.

There will be replacement buses running between Paddington and Stonebridge Park on the Bakerloo Line. The entire Waterloo and City Line will be closed this weekend.

Anyone driving north will be pleased to hear there are no major roadworks planned between London and Blackburn, although fans are advised to check their route through the AA or RAC websites before departure. Also, if you have any free space in your car, why not consider the liftshare scheme with fellow fans.

National Rail users will also be pleased to hear there are no major engineering works planned en route. Again, fans are advised to check their train's arrival and departure times through the National Rail website.
