Chelsea's annual Player of the Year event will be taking place on Thursday 6 May this season.

The venue will be the Great Hall at Stamford Bridge, where reception drinks will await all attendees. There will then be a three-course meal before the awards begin.

Tickets for the Player of the Year Annual Awards Dinner cost £150 + VAT each, which includes all beer, wine and soft drinks throughout the evening.

You can book your place individually or in tables or 10 and 12, with tickets going on sale this Monday (22 March).
