To celebrate the launch of the Chelsea Foundation we are auctioning off a John Terry match-worn shirt signed by the entire Double-winning team for the 2009/2010 season.

The shirt is available via the Chelsea Foundation website.

All funds raised will allow the Foundation to develop new initiatives and expand programmes increasing the reach of our good work and engaging even larger numbers of participants.

The Chelsea Foundation has been created as an independent charity to continue and expand the community work established by the football club as well as the health, environmental, anti-discrimination and charitable work the club has developed over the last five years.
