The Player of the Year Awards will be broadcast live on Chelsea TV as the ceremony unfolds.

Former Blue Tommy Langley will join presenter Gigi Salmon to give exclusive previews and interviews with the players, including an interview with the evening's host and Sky Sports presenter Jeff Stelling.

Jason Cundy will be backstage to give Chelsea TV viewers exclusive footage of the awards while also mingling with the stars in the VIP area.

Coverage starts at 8.30pm and will be live until 10.45pm. As well as the main award (last year's winner Michael Essien pictured), there will be others handed out including Young Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year and Goal of the Season.
