Chelsea's new adidas home kit for the 08/09 season, which is on sale for the first time today (Thursday), has been confirmed as the one the players will wear for the Champions League Final in Moscow.

With images of the new design unveiled last week, the kit is launched with the message, 'Together, Impossible is Nothing' and it will also be worn for Sunday's final home match of the season against Bolton Wanderers, making it a double of hugely significant and historic games for its playing debut.
