Chelsea this month continues our series of special events when Dan Petrescu takes part in Star on a Stool on May 15.

The Romanian right-sider became a legend at Stamford Bridge with his world class touch, vision and ability to bring the best out of his team-mates in his six years with the Blues.

It was Petrescu, a £2.3 million Glenn Hoddle signing in November 1995, who became a catalyst for the return of beautiful football to Stamford Bridge.

He won the FA Cup, Coca-Cola Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup with Chelsea and 44 international caps while here, more than anyone in our history at the time.

He also became the first overseas player to make 200 appearances for us, his final total of 202 games netting him 23 goals before leaving Stamford Bridge for Bradford City in the summer of 2000.

Now he returns to join Jason Cundy in the Blues bar on the 15th to field questions from True Blues eager to get up close and personal with the former defender.

Tickets for the evening cost £15 and include entry, bar snacks and a drink. For more information or to book your tickets online, click here.
